Electric only camping spaces are available for vendors at a rate of $35 per night. Please fill out this form and contact Julie Mangnall at julie@oakestruckandtrailer.com if you would like to reserve a space.
Set Up Info
Vendor access to building for set up on Friday, August 2nd from 1 PM to 7 PM. Loading area is on the west side of the Hartl Building. Set up is also offered Saturday morning from 7 to 9 am.
Building will open for vendors at 7am on Saturday, August 3rd and 9am on Sunday, August 4th

A festival booklet will be published for distribution at area shops, and given to everyone at the Festival.

Business card size (camera ready- 2″high x 3.5″ wide, 300 dpi, 1102 x 642 pixels) $25
Half page (camera ready-3.75” high x 4.5” wide, 300 dpi, 1125x 1350 pixels) $40
Full page ad (camera ready 7.5” high x 4.5” wide, 300 dpi, 2250 x 1350 pixels) $75
