Vendor access to building for set up on Friday, August 4th from 1 PM to 7 PM.
Building will open for vendors at 7am on Saturday, August 5th and 9am on Sunday, August 6th
A festival booklet will be published or distribution at the festival. You vendor registration entitles you to one FREE business card size advertisement. If you want a larger ad, it will be discounted $25.
DEADLINE FOR AD copy and payment is MAY 15
Advertising rates for the booklet:
Business card size (camera ready- 2″high x 3.5″ wide, 300 dpi, 1102 x 642 pixels) $25
Half page (camera ready-3.75” high x 4.5” wide, 300 dpi, 1125x 1350 pixels) $40
Full page ad (camera ready 7.5” high x 4.5” wide, 300 dpi, 2250 x 1350 pixels) $75

This entire Festival, including all vendors, will be located in the Hartl Building at the Red River Valley Fair Grounds, 1805 Main Ave W, West Fargo.
This building is steel and concrete construction. It has air conditioning, restrooms and wi-fi. Electricity is available, please indicate if you need it. Bring your own extension cord.
