A festival booklet will be published as a PDF on our website, as well as a limited number of print copies on site at the festival.
Advertising rates for the booklet:
Business card size (camera ready- 2″high x 3.5″ wide, 300 dpi, 1102 x 642 pixels) $20
Half page (camera ready-3.75” high x 4.5” wide, 300 dpi, 1125x 1350 pixels) $40
Full page ad (camera ready 7.5” high x 4.5” wide, 300 dpi, 2250 x 1350 pixels) $50

Set up will be Friday, August 3rd from 3 to 9 pm. The Festival hours will be Saturday, August 4th, 9 am-5 pm and Sunday, August 5th, 10 am-4 pm.
This year the entire Festival, including all vendors, will be located in the Hartl Building at the Red River Valley Fair Grounds, 1805 Main Ave W, West Fargo.
The Hartl building is 80′ X 120′, steel and concrete construction, and air conditioned. It has an overhead door which is 15.5′ X 24′, men’s and women’s restrooms, electricity and wi-fi. Bring your own extension cords, none will be provided. One chair and table will be provided per booth, should you need additional, you will need to provide them.
